The Maintainers is a group that travail time and space seeing all the wild and wonderful thing that defy all expectations. Abel formed this group to have a new experience that would be outside of his knowledge by plucking interesting characters out of worlds where they may not be achieving there full potential Abel aims to expand there understanding of reality what is possible and to have some fun with his new friends.  

Abel is a maintainer of reality and dimensions if some that isn't supposed to happen happens it is his job to correct it he has a complete knowledge of every thing that happens and everything's roll in all of time and space. In each episode the group will travel to a new dimension of or an altered reality that Abel  has forgotten an aspect of and help him try to remember what is memory he is missing
